An espresso blend that follows the seasons. We aim for a blend that produces a sweet flavored full body espresso. A blend of Mexico and Uganda coffee combines the Mexican beans' mild, nutty, and chocolatey base with the rich, complex spice and fruit notes of Ugandan coffee. This pairing creates a full-bodied and balanced cup, with the sweet flavors complementing the acidity and intensity of the East African beans.
