Balinese Blue Moon
Balinese Blue moon is a rare and unique coffee. It is grown on the island of Bali in the fertile volcanic highlands of the Kintamani area at an altitude of 1000 m to 1500 m. Growing at such high altitudes produces better flavor and aroma. This 100% arabica coffee is grown organically and is mostly of the Typica variety with some Catomor.
In the cup:
Balinese has low acidity and a smooth syrupy body; undertones of cocoa and vanilla with hints of citrus and black licorice; and a nice clean finish.
