Q: Do you have gift cards/ gift certificates?
A: Yes! You can purchase a gift card in any amount $5 or more. Gift cards are only available for purchase by phone or in person, not online.
Q: Can I place a special order for food?

Q: Can I rent a coffee carafe for special occasions?
A: Yes, call at least 24 hours in advance (907.457.5282) and we can rent you one of our 2.2 gallon carafes full of the coffee of your choice, along with condiments and cups.
Q: Do you have wireless internet in the café?
A: Yes, we have high-speed wireless internet for our customers. You get two hours of free internet with any purchase.
Q: Where did you get those pretty birch tables?
A: Our tables were made locally by Superior Hardwoods from Alaskan birch.
Q: What the heck is a "customer account?"
A: A "customer account" is an electronic loyalty card. You earn a point for every whole dollar you spend on beverages, when you earn 35 points you are eligible for a free drink. Customer accounts can be assigned to a phone number or a name, or basically any number that is easy for you to remember. We will try our best to ask you for your customer account number every time you visit the shop so you won't miss out on any points.
