African Coffee Selections:
Tanzania ("flat bean") - bright acidity, blackberry sweetness, warm spiciness, tangy chocolate notes, intense creamy body.

Washed Sidamo- floral, reminiscent of a classic Yirgacheffe, but muted, mild acidity and medium body.

Rwandan Bourbon- brewed coffee tastes honey-like and floral, with the signature dark berry and passion fruit flavors that have emerged as the quintessential Rwandan characteristics.

Kenya Peaberry- full palate of a Kenya, syrupy, berry jam and floral



American Coffee Selections:
Guatemalan Antigua- light body, bright acidity, sharp, sweet, complex aroma with notes of almond, spice and a hint of tobaco smoke.

Mexican Oaxaca- (organic) light, very sweet and nutty with some slight floral highlights and clean finish, lively acidity.

Nicaraguan Mancotal- (organic, fair trade, shade grown) full bodied with soft chocolate bitter-sweet notes, mild brightness, excellent balance.

Panama Boquete- mild and easygoing in the cup, slight floral aroma and malty sweetness

Honduran Santa Rosa- organic, high grown, mild and sweet in the cup, caramely with citrusy acidity.


Costa Rican Tarrazu- well balanced and clean with nutty, caramely notes, very mild acidity



Ethiopian Yirgacheffe- The new crop is in! we're trying a couple different Yirgacheffes this year; our current offering is very classic and floral with hints of citrus and chocolate. Stay tuned for our other offerings!


Asian and Near Eastern Coffees

Yemen Mocha-sundried on the tree, one of the oldest cultivated coffees in the world, rich earthy flavor with notes of dark fermented berry

Sulawesi Toraja (Celebes)- spicy, herby, hoppy, with big body and a dusky flavor

Sumatra Mandheling-full bodied, earthy and intense with an herbal aroma, tones of sweet chocolate, licorice, and a hint of tobacco.

Timor-Leste Maubesse-(organic, fair trade) full bodied, flavor similar to a Java Estate, pleasant woody and forest flavor with sweet herbal notes and cocoa, very mild acidity.

Papua New Guinea- intriguing coffee with wild fruitiness and full body.

Signature Blends

Milan San Remo- Our house espresso blend. This is a blend of three medium roast varietals, it sweet and well balanced for a very smooth and tasty espresso. Also wonderful as drip or French Press.

Scandinavian- Our breakfast blend; a combination of a French Roast and a medium roast. Nice bold flavor, goes great with a scone!

French Roast-Our darkest roast, bold robust flavor, caramely with just a hint of smoke.

French Roast Decaf- dark roasted, bold sweet flavor, light body, water-processed Mexican decaf

Sidamo Decaf- floral tones and light body, water-processed

Please note that all coffees are sold as whole bean, you may specify grind in the "comments to seller" field when you check out through PayPal. Coffee is packaged in heat-sealed bags with a one-way degassing valve. We ship USPS Priority or Express to ensure that your coffee is roaster-fresh when it arrives. When you receive your coffee please store it in a cool dry place, and once you open the bag make sure to store the coffee in an airtight container.
