Sundried Ethiopian Lekempti- clean flavor reminicent of sweet red fruit, mild acidity and medium body.
Rwandan Bourbon- brewed coffee tastes honey-like and floral, with the signature dark berry and passion fruit flavors that have emerged as the quintessential Rwandan characteristics. Out of stock.

Guatemalan Huehuetenango- light body, bright acidity, sharp, sweet, complex aroma with notes of almond, spice and chocolate.
Mexican Fina Rojas- (organic) light, very sweet and nutty with some slight floral highlights and clean finish, lively acidity.
Nicaraguan Mancotal- (organic, fair trade, shade grown) full bodied with soft chocolate bitter-sweet notes, mild brightness, excellent balance
Panama Boquete- mild and easygoing in the cup, slight floral aroma and malty sweetness Out of stock
Peru- (organic) medium intensity, flavors of milk chocolate and pear, balanced brightness, creamy body.
El Salvador- medium body and acidity, velvety texture and caramel flavor.
Colombian Huila- clean, refreshing and sweet with flavors of orange zest, raspberry and dark chocolate, soft, rich texture and a honey finish.
Organic Yirgacheffe- Full on Jasmine flavor, bergamont and lemon notes, excellent floral bouquet

Yemen Mocha-sundried on the tree, one of the oldest cultivated coffees in the world, rich earthy flavor with notes of dark fermented berry
Sulawesi Toraja (Celebes)- spicy, herby, hoppy, with big body and a dusky flavor
Sumatra Mandheling-full bodied, earthy and intense with an herbal aroma, tones of sweet chocolate, licorice, and a hint of tobacco.
Timor-Leste Maubesse-(organic, fair trade) full bodied, flavor similar to a Java Estate, pleasant woody and forest flavor with sweet herbal notes and cocoa, very mild acidity.
Papua New Guinea Kimel-(organic) intriguing coffee with wild fruitiness and full body
Balinese Blue Moon- sweet & mild, with creamy body and low acidity, undertones of cocoa and very slight citrus

Milan San Remo- Our house espresso blend. This is a blend of three medium roast varietals, it sweet and well balanced for a very smooth and tasty espresso. Also wonderful as drip or French Press.
Scandinavian- Our breakfast blend; a combination of a French Roast and a medium roast. Nice bold flavor, goes great with a scone!
